G.Alex Foundation sponsors beginner tennis players and mentors their development in the game. The new players not only become fitter by playing this great game, they also learn or strengthen the characterics of self-confidence, goal-setting, team work, socialization, and many more.

G.Alex Foundation extends gratitude to the many seasoned tennis players who have donated used tennis equipment and clothing for beginners. This drive is ongoing. Please contact Glen if you want to donate, volunteer or participate.

G Alex Foundation provided complimentary therapeutic massages and stress management education to single mothers raising their children and to women who cared for a family member with a serious illness.

The purpose of Ethel's Helping Hands was to teach stress management to women under extreme stress so they could manage their lives more effectively.
